Deleting your account will permanently remove all your data, including profile, progress, scores, streaks, bookmarks, and learning history. This cannot be reversed.
What Gets Deleted
- Profile information (name, email, phone, photo)
- All practice attempt history and scores
- Mock exam results and analytics
- Streaks, XP, badges, leaderboard rankings
- Bookmarks and saved items
- Course progress and completion records
- Push notification tokens
- Premium access associated with your account
How to Delete Your Account
Option 1 — From the App
- Open the PrepNus app
- Go to Profile tab
- Tap Settings
- Scroll down, tap Delete Account
- Confirm your decision
- Account scheduled for deletion
Option 2 — Via Email
- Email support@prepnus.com
- Subject: "Account Deletion Request"
- Include your PrepNus account email
- Processed within 7 business days
After Deletion
- Data permanently deleted within 30 days
- Anonymized aggregate stats may be retained
- Signing up again starts fresh — no recovery
