2. About PrepNus
PrepNus is an exam preparation platform providing practice questions, mock exams, study materials, analytics, and learning tools, operated by Magnus Sam.
3. Eligibility
- You must be at least 13 years old
- Under 18 requires parental/guardian consent
- You must provide accurate registration information
4. Your Account
- Keep your account credentials secure
- Do not share your account
- You're responsible for all account activity
- Report unauthorized access to support@prepnus.com
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Copy, redistribute, or resell PrepNus content
- Use bots or scrapers to extract content
- Reverse-engineer or tamper with the App
- Share premium content publicly
- Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
- Use the platform for unlawful purposes
- Harass or harm other users
6. Content & IP
- All content is owned by or licensed to PrepNus
- You get a personal, non-transferable license for your own preparation
- No commercial use, redistribution, or public display
7. User-Generated Content
- You retain ownership of your uploads
- You grant PrepNus a license to store and process them
- No illegal, offensive, or infringing content
8. Premium Content
- Some content is premium-only
- Terms communicated at time of purchase
- PrepNus may modify offerings at any time
9. Availability
- We aim for continuous availability but don't guarantee it
- Features may be updated or discontinued
- We'll notify users of significant changes
10. Termination
- Delete your account anytime (Account Deletion)
- We may suspend accounts that violate terms
- Premium access ends upon termination
11. Disclaimers
- PrepNus does not guarantee exam results
- Content may contain errors despite our best efforts
- Provided "as is" without warranties
12. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you've paid to PrepNus in the 12 months preceding the claim.
13. Governing Law
Governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Disputes resolved in courts of Dhaka.
14. Changes
Significant changes communicated through the App or email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
